Partner Terms & Conditions

These Partner Terms and Conditions apply to organisations booking a Partner Package for a Maverick Biopharma event.
By completing a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of the Partner organisation.
1. About These Terms
In these terms:
"Maverick", "we", "us" or "our" means MAVERICK CORP HOLDINGS LTD, company number 17119068.
"Partner" or "you" means the organisation named on the booking.
"Event" or "programme" means the Maverick Biopharma event tor programme o which your booking relates.
"Partner Package" means the pod and associated benefits booked by you.
"Fees" or "investment" means the amounts payable for the Partner Package.
These terms apply alongside the specific details provided when you make your booking.
2. Your Agreement With Maverick
A binding agreement is formed when you submit a booking and we confirm acceptance, or payment is taken, whichever is earlier.
Your Partner Package comprises the elements stated at the point of booking. Depending on the Event/ Programme and package selected, these may include:
- delegate passes;
- a pod or other designated presence within the Event;
- opportunities to contribute to the agenda;
- food and drink during the Event; and
- input into the audience gathered.
The specific inclusions stated at the time of booking will take precedence.
The number of Partner Packages available for each Event may be limited. Bookings are accepted at our discretion and subject to availability.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are as stated at the time of booking and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.
Payment is due within 14 days of the date of our invoice, unless otherwise stated or agreed by us in writing.
Fees do not include your own travel, accommodation, or other associated costs. These remain your responsibility.
4. Cancellation by the Partner
Once a booking has been accepted, it constitutes a committed order and the Fees remain payable in full.
Partner Package Fees are non-refundable once paid.
You may substitute the individuals attending under your allocated passes at any time before the Event by providing us with written notice. No additional charge will apply for attendee substitutions.
The Partner Package itself may not be transferred to another organisation without our prior written consent.
5. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by Maverick
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, format, speakers, venue, or timings of an Event where necessary.
If we postpone an Event, your Partner Package will transfer to the rescheduled date or, at our discretion, to the next edition of the Event at no additional charge.
If we cancel an Event, we will refund the Fees you have paid, less any costs we have already reasonably and unrecoverably incurred in connection with your participation.
Our total liability under this section is limited to the Fees you have paid.
6. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include:
- epidemic or pandemic;
- government or travel restrictions;
- venue closure;
- fire or flood;
- industrial action;
- failure of utilities or transport; or
- other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
If such circumstances prevent the Event from taking place, the cancellation provisions in Section 5 will apply.
7. Partner Responsibilities
You must use your Partner Package, including any pod, designated Event presence or delegate passes, only for lawful and professional purposes connected with the Event.
You agree to:
- comply with venue rules and applicable health and safety requirements;
- follow our reasonable directions relating to the operation of the Event;
- take responsibility for your personnel, materials, and equipment;
- maintain appropriate insurance for your personnel, materials, and equipment; and
- conduct yourself professionally and in a way that does not disrupt the Event or the experience of other participants.
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to your property.
We may require any individual who materially breaches these terms or behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner to leave the Event. No refund will be payable in these circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property & Marketing
Each party retains ownership of its own intellectual property.
You grant Maverick a non-exclusive licence to use your organisation's name and logo for the purpose of promoting and communicating your participation in the Event.
We grant you permission to identify your organisation as a participant or Partner of the relevant Event.
Neither party may otherwise use the other party's trademarks, branding, or intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Data Protection
Each party will comply with applicable data protection legislation.
Personal information collected or processed by Maverick will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Where personal information is exchanged between the parties for a specific purpose, each party is responsible for ensuring that its own collection, use, and disclosure of that information complies with applicable data protection law.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Maverick will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill, or data.
Subject to the above, Maverick's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your Partner Package or this agreement is limited to the Fees you have paid.
11. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other in connection with this agreement and to use that information only for the purposes for which it was provided.
This obligation does not apply to information that:
- is already lawfully in the public domain;
- was lawfully known to the receiving party before disclosure;
- is received lawfully from another source without an obligation of confidentiality; or
- must be disclosed by law or a competent regulatory authority.
12. Photography & Recording
We may photograph, film, or otherwise record the Event for promotional, communications, and record-keeping purposes.
By attending the Event, participants acknowledge that photography and recording may take place.
Where reasonably practicable, participants may ask not to be individually photographed or recorded by speaking to a member of the Maverick team.

13. General
These terms, together with your booking and the specific Partner Package details provided at the time of booking, form the agreement between you and Maverick and supersede prior discussions relating to that booking.
Any variation to the agreement must be agreed in writing.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.
A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any of its terms.
You may not assign or transfer this agreement without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between Maverick and the Partner.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Acceptance
By completing a booking, you confirm that:
- you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Partner organisation;
- you have read and understood these Partner Terms and Conditions; and
- you accept these terms on behalf of that organisation.
If payment is made on behalf of the Partner by another person or organisation, this does not alter the identity or obligations of the Partner under the agreement.

These Participant Terms and Conditions apply to individuals booking a ticket to attend a Maverick Biopharma event.
By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. About These Terms
In these terms:
"Maverick", "we", "us" or "our" means Maverick Biopharma Ltd, company number 17119068.
"Participant" or "you" means the individual named on the booking/ ticket.
"Event" or "programme" means the Maverick Biopharma event to which your booking relates.
"Ticket" means the ticket or attendance category purchased for the Event.
"Fee" means the amount payable for the Ticket.
These terms apply alongside the specific Event and Ticket information provided when you make your booking.
2. Registration & Your Ticket
A binding agreement is formed when you complete a booking and payment is successfully taken.
Your Ticket entitles the named Participant to attend the day or days and access the activities included within the Ticket category purchased.
Depending on the Event and Ticket category, this may include:
- programme sessions;
- roundtables or facilitated discussions;
- networking and other programme activities; and
- catering provided as part of the Event.
The specific inclusions and eligibility requirements stated at the time of booking will take precedence.
Tickets are personal to the named Participant and may not be shared.
Certain Ticket categories may be restricted by organisation type, professional role, industry sector, availability, or other eligibility criteria stated at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility for a particular Ticket category before or after accepting a booking.
3. Fees & Payment
The Fee is as stated at the time of booking.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking and will be processed through our payment provider.
The Fee does not include your travel, accommodation, or other personal costs. These remain your responsibility.
4. Cancellation by the Participant
You may cancel your Ticket and receive a full refund if you notify us in writing within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the Event has not already taken place. After this period, Tickets are non-refundable.
You may transfer your Ticket to a colleague at any time before the Event by providing us with written notice, at no additional charge.
Any substitute Participant must meet any eligibility requirements applicable to the original Ticket category.
5. Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation by Maverick
We may make reasonable changes to the programme, format, speakers, venue, or timings of an Event where necessary.
The advertised programme, speakers, and other Event content are subject to reasonable change and do not form a guarantee that any particular individual, session or activity will take place.
If we postpone an Event, your Ticket will transfer to the rescheduled date or, at our discretion, to the next edition of the Event at no additional charge.
If we cancel an Event, we will refund the Fee you have paid, less any costs we have already reasonably and unrecoverably incurred in connection with your attendance.
Our total liability under this section is limited to the Fee you have paid.
6. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These may include:
- epidemic or pandemic;
- government or travel restrictions;
- venue closure;
- fire or flood;
- industrial action;
- failure of utilities or transport; or
- other circumstances that could not reasonably have been prevented or controlled.
If such circumstances prevent the Event from taking place, the cancellation provisions in Section 5 will apply.
7. Participant Conduct
Maverick events are intended to provide a professional, respectful environment for all participants.
You agree to:
- behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, speakers, partners, venue staff, and the Maverick team;
- comply with venue rules and applicable health and safety requirements;
- follow our reasonable directions relating to the operation of the Event;
- refrain from unlawful, unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or materially disruptive behaviour; and
- use Event facilities and activities only for their intended professional purposes.
We may refuse admission to, or require the departure of, any Participant whose conduct materially breaches these terms or compromises the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others.
No refund will be payable where admission is refused or a Participant is removed because of their own conduct.
8. Dietary & Accessibility Requirements
Please tell us about any dietary or accessibility requirements as early as reasonably possible before the Event.
We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements notified to us in sufficient time, although we cannot guarantee that every request can be accommodated.
Information relating to dietary or accessibility requirements will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
9. Data Protection
We will process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Further information about what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we may share it with, and your rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable electronic marketing rules.
You may opt out of direct marketing communications at any time.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, Maverick will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your attendance at, or inability to attend, the Event.
Subject to the above and to the extent permitted by law, Maverick's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your Ticket or attendance at the Event is limited to the Fee you have paid.
Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. Photography & Recording
We may photograph, film, or otherwise record the Event for promotional, communications, and record-keeping purposes.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography and recording may take place.
Where reasonably practicable, you may ask not to be individually photographed or recorded by speaking to a member of the Maverick team.

12. General
These terms, together with your booking and the specific Ticket information provided at the time of booking, form the agreement between you and Maverick.
Any variation to the agreement must be agreed in writing.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force.
A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right to enforce any of its terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under relevant law.
14. Acceptance
By completing a booking and payment, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these Participant Terms and Conditions;
- the information provided as part of your booking is accurate; and
- you agree to be bound by these terms.
